Note: These terms cover website usage only. Service engagements are governed by the Service Agreement signed prior to any cleaning appointment.
2. Our Content & Brand
All visual content, copy, icons, and layouts on this site are proprietary assets of Quicksweep Cleaners. This includes our custom iconography (the Broom, Sparkle, Leaf, and Calendar motifs), photography, and editorial styling. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference.

- ✗ Prohibited: Republishing, scraping content for AI training, using our brand assets without written permission.
- ✗ Prohibited: Creating derivative works or "mockup" sites using our visual identity.
3. Booking & Liability
Real-World Responsibility
The website functions as an informational and lead-generation tool. All bookings are finalized via direct communication (phone or email). By submitting a form or calling, you authorize us to contact you regarding services.
Liability Cap
Quicksweep Cleaners’ liability for any damage during service is limited to the total cost of the service booking. We carry comprehensive insurance for major incidents.
User Accuracy
Clients must provide accurate property details. Failure to disclose hazards (e.g., mold, pests, structural issues) may void service guarantees.
We are not liable for indirect damages (lost time, inconvenience) resulting from website downtime or booking errors. Our site uptime goal is 99.9%, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
4. Privacy
Data Handling
